Training and Improving

Once we are established in country we are going to implement a method of sharing skills that will help refugees, support staff, and warfighters. Our volunteers will be two different levels of risk. The low risk volunteers will be be a force multiplying asset and helping in NATO countries to manage volunteers, inventory and plan logistical efforts, and train anyone who needs it.

The higher risk volunteers will be going into Ukraine. We need to maintain operation security for everyone involved in these efforts so there will be limited information other than this. We will have an onboarding interview that will sort out the people who need to be going into Ukraine and the people who should be staying in NATO.

With such a massive relief effort going on we will attempt to maintain a sense of unit cohesion by embodying the mantra of β€œOne Team, One Fight.” It is kind of corny but this is a massive opportunity for all of us to work together and get what needs to be done, done.

The best way to learn is to teach others. We will continuously improve while we are training and working. The growth mindset is what we are basing our ideas on. There will be difficult challenges to overcome and there will be mistakes along the way. We do not know exactly what to expect, and anyone who says they do might not be the most truthful person. Improvement is the goal and we are focused on the process. One great thing about the veterans is that we know every detail about the process.
