Survey the situation

We are still spinning up our operation and onboarding new members. During this first stage we are working towards fully understanding the whole situation as it is currently. We have a general understanding of what to do and how to do it, so to get more details I will meet Anna in Poland to survey what needs done. Once we compile a list then we will be able to sort through and prioritize.

I hope to find local facilities to be able to train and employ people in need so we can efficiently and conscientiously utilize all available resources. We will be looking to meet with procurement experts once we figure out the needs and then run a cost benefit analysis between collecting physical donations in the USA and purchasing local. We want to be the most time and cost effective that we can be.

Lodging is another item we will be surveying. We need transient housing for volunteers who are moving in the area of responsibility and the local population can be a great partner in assisting us with our efforts.

Food services are a very big interest to being able to support a large number of people so we will be figuring out the capabilities while we are there.
